Core of Our Sales Team!

The Account Executive position is directly responsible for building and growing revenues from high potential prospects and new accounts. This includes identifying and qualifying prospects to determine their need, interest level and potential revenue opportunity. This individual will be an experienced field sales representative with outstanding sales and communication skills, as well as possesses the ability to exceed revenue goals.

Candidate must reside in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, negotiate and close major accounts sales to meet or exceed quota.
  • Work with the CEO to develop, prioritize and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Identify and qualify prospects with significant revenue generation potential.
  • Assess prospect’s needs and work with internal consulting staff to develop an appropriate approach and engagement to satisfy those needs.
  • Develop professional proposals in conjunction with in-house consulting staff to respond to RFP's and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to a broad range of audiences, including senior executives (e.g. VP level) and other influencers.
  • Use a sales automation system (SFA) to update prospect and customer information, develop pipeline, estimate timing and value of potential sales opportunities.
  • Meet management and/or sales process defined deadlines.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and remain current with Force.com, Exact Target, Business Objects, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) capabilities.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years business-to-business sales experience selling to major accounts.
  • Documented success of multiple $50K-$100K revenue contracts with annual quota achievement of a minimum of $1M.
  • Experience in selling B2B software and/or consulting services.
  • Experience in selling Cloud Computing / SaaS including CRM, sales force automation, or PaaS consulting services highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated record of success in developing new business.
  • Strong sales skills including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and “closing”.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrable computer knowledge required.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Ability to conduct executive level presentations including planning, preparation, logistics coordination and follow up.

Education

Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation

Compensation plan includes a base salary, attractive commission structure, and medical.  Target compensation is $150k - $200k/year.

Location

Our offices are located in Los Angeles, CA with a satellite location in Toronto, Canada. The majority of your time will be spent working out of our Los Angeles office and making on-site visits in the local area, with occasional travel to visit clients or attend industry events.
