This is a contract-to-hire position.
Map Client Business Operations – conduct interviews with clients to define their overall business organization, people, and needs. Document findings with narratives and diagrams.
Make Recommendations – propose business process changes and technology recommendations that enable the client to more effectively reach their goals.
Communicate Findings – present findings to client and American Data Company teams in written and oral presentations.
Grow – American Data Company provides the opportunity to partner with Lead Consultants to quickly gain new skills and insight into multiple industries. The company also sponsors consultants to obtain certifications for technologies including Salesforce.com.
The person for this position must be a highly motivated and dedicated individual with the tenacity and desire to learn from every opportunity. An understanding of applying technology to solve business problems and a passion for identifying creative solutions to better manage Client needs.
The candidate should be a natural leader and have excellent time management, organizational skills, as well as oral communication, written, and presentation skills. The candidate must also be extremely personable and goal-oriented.
This person will also have real world and academic experience with business analysis, authoring written deliverables, and ideally experience recommending detailed technical solutions.
A degree related to business management, technology, or operations management is required. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience working in business process or analysis roles.
Our offices are located in Los Angeles, CA with a satellite office in Toronto, Canada. The majority of your time will be spent working at our Los Angeles office and making on-site visits in the local area, with occasional travel to visit clients or attend industry events.
