The Implementation Consultant role will focus on implementing business requirements for medium-size business and corporate clients utilizing the latest technologies in the rapidly growing Software as a Service space. SaaS is one of the leading areas of technology development with growth expecting to reach $30 billion by 2013.
This is a contract-to-hire position.
Responsibilities
Contribute – Contribute technical intelligence to requirement gathering and software design initiatives.
Configure – Point and Click configuration of software applications and environments, such as Salesforce.com, to project specifications.
Define – Write custom extension of applications and integrations with third party systems.
Design – Assist with design and performing quality assurance testing on systems prior to production release.
Grow – American Data Company provides learning opportunities and sponsors consultants to obtain industry certifications including those for Force.com.
Skills
The person for this position must be a highly motivated and dedicated individual with the tenacity and desire to learn from every opportunity. The candidate should be a recent college graduate with excellent organizational skills, as well as oral and written communication skills. The candidate must also be extremely personable and goal-oriented. A deep passion for applying technology to solve business problems is required.
This person also has real world and academic experience with object-oriented programming, Java programming, relational database theory, design patterns, quality assurance methods, and ideally service oriented architecture (SOA).
Experience
Recent college graduates with a computer science or related degree only.
Location
Our offices are located in Los Angeles, CA with a satellite office in Toronto, Canada. The majority of your time will be spent working at our Los Angeles office with occasional travel to visit clients or attend industry events.
