Overview
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets, and is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with sales staff, new and existing clients, and external partners. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for everyday sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers.
- Performing initial lead qualification for most prospective clients.
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
- Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient creation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and agreements.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with partner sales teams (i.e., significant source of leads)
- Scheduling sales meetings and events.
- Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
- Updating the status of sales in the database or computer.
- Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
- Maintaining an efficient work environment.
- Presenting the organization to fresh and existing customers through a proactive approach.
- Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.
- Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by sales management.
- Attending network, tradeshows, and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential and existing clients as well as partners.

Education
- Bachelor's degree.
- Intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills. Photoshop is a plus.
- Any sales training is a plus.
Hours Per Week
It is anticipated that the Sales Coordinator work approximately 40-50 hours per week with some increases in workload as necessary to accomodate project timelines.
Location
The Sales Coordinator will work from American Data Company's headquarters in Santa Monica, California.
Compensation
Compensation plan includes a competitive salary, performance bonus, healthcare, and retirement options.
